| A minimum stay of two nights applies on weekends, three nights on long weekends and four nights over Easter. Christmas school holidays may attract a minimum stay requirement. |
Deposit:
50% deposit required within 7 days of booking or booking risks cancellation |
Cancellations:
All bookings 31 days and more prior to arrival date; full refund less $30 booking fee
30 to 14 days prior to arrival date; full refund less 20% of total tariff
14 to 7 days prior to arrival date; full refund less 50% of total tariff
7 days prior to arrival date; no refund applicable |
